Blending

Deliver your product to site ready to can, or have us blend it for you using your ingredients.

Laboratory Testing

All product will be checked against your specifications in our onsite laboratory.

Chilling and Carbonation

After being tested, your product is transferred to our inline chiller/carbonator. This state of the art equipment precisely maintains carbonation levels throughout your production run.

Nitrodosing for Still Products

Liquid Nitrogen is injected into the top of the can just before sealing. It quickly evaporates into a gas, providing the sealed can with rigidity and strength.

Tunnel pasteurisation

After sealing, your cans are passed through our tunnel pasteuriser. This treatment extends shelf life by eradicating spoilage organisms, as well as eliminating the need for harsh chemical preservatives like dimethyl dicarbonate. With up to 65% heat recovery, cans leave the pasteuriser cooled and ready for downstream packing.

Inline labelling

To avoid the large minimum order quantities (MOQs) required for printed cans, at Get The Drinks In we offer pressure-sensitive labelling (PSL), which can be applied to plain cans using your design.

Renewable

Gas and Electricity for our production is 100% renewably generated by our onsite Anaerobic Digestion facility.

Sustainable

All our energy is generated using by-products and residue materials, as well as sustainably grown crops from our family farm. All of our food grade CO2 is recovered as a by-product of our energy generation, further improving our carbon footprint.

Supply Security

Up to 16T of sustainable, food grade CO2 is produced on site every day, with 100T of available storage capacity.
